Who knew this was a thing?!?! Surfing is one of the greatest things you can do as a human, in our humble opinion. An activity that connects surfers with the energy of nature like nothing else.
Anything that increases the accessibility of surfing to people that love the sport can only be a good thing, especially when it comes to physical impairment.
Daybreak on Cabarita Beach in NSW. The sun breaking through and casting a warm orange glow across the surface of the clean morning surf. Warm dense air awakens the soul as you soak in the first rays of a new day.
Being on the beach at the start of the day is hard to beat. Before the crowds build and the small coastal town is fully awake.
Sandy Gully in Aireys Inlet, putting no a show under a southerly buster.
Nice little splashes of light as the autumn day fades.
I have been lucky enough to be invited to contribute some work to this show – in very good company I might add!

I love surf movie’s, no surprise there; the new surf movie frontier seems to more open than ever, maybe due to the polish and big budgets the surf industry threw into them for so many years? I think it’s a reflection on the whole surf scene moving back to it’s roots, or for many young guys and girls searching for the roots in something that has been big business as long as they have been kicking around…
Hangs Upon Nothing – looks like it’s going to be a great tail about surfing, from alternate perspectives, not just the most sellable one. I look forward to catching it when it’s released.
